All items will require a signature upon delivery.
For domestic shoppers, all orders will be sent via ToanCau Post. Shipping fees is included insurance.
For international shoppers, packages will be sent via FedEx/DHL/UPS Express. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

• We advise to contact us at [email protected] or direct us via instagram, facebook if your parcel has not been received at its expected destination 7 business days after the Estimated Time of Arrival. 
• Please note that the shipping costs that KOLLECT provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their address back to us as this fee is in no way covered by KOLLECT. 
• Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. 
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped after 1-2 days. During the sale period, the large amount of order can result in longer delivery times.
